Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, HE. Doreen Ruth Amule presented a true copy of her Letters of Credence and Letters of Recall of her predecessor to the Deputy State Protocol and Diplomatic Events Director, Pierre-Christian Soccoja of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
Scooja paid a courtesy call on her at the Uganda Embassy in Paris on Monday 20th June 2022 thus marking the official commencement of her engagements the Republic of France.
Soccoja warmly welcomed the Ambassador to France and promised continued support from the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs towards her new office.
Amule thanked the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs for the warm reception and committed to working with the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to deepen the good relationship between the Republic of Uganda and the Republic of France.
At the same event, the two discussed arrangements for presentation of credentials to His Excellence the president of France which will be communicated to the Uganda Embassy by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
