BY SHAFFIC MUZANGANDA | We shall conclude our diaspora engagements with a stop over in South Africa where we shall engage with the Ugandan community on 3rd October in Johannesburg, meet with fellow pro-democracy leaders from across the continent on the 4th, and then return to Uganda on the 5th of October!
